Applications for all students seeking admission for the 2022-2023 school year are currently available on a rolling basis, as space allows.

Thinking and living well is powerful; it changes both how we see the world and live in it. It also produces confidence and joy. The better students think, the better they know how to live, work, and engage the world. But more than just growth in knowledge, we want them to see more clearly, act more justly, love more lavishly, and enjoy the journey ahead.

We provide students with opportunities that will change them for the better—by challenging and maturing them. Fun Facts & Things To Consider

When do we start the application process?

Students seeking admission for 9th-grade should begin the application process in the fall of their 8th-grade year. Applications are due in January and acceptance decisions are communicated in early February.

When should we visit campus?

Campus Tours are available for prospective families throughout the year. However, Student Visit Days and Open House Events are reserved for high-school eligible applicants (those applying for 9th-12th-grade the following school year).

How are admissions decisions determined?

Pacifica evaluates the entire student when reviewing an application for admission. We consider every element of the application to determine whether the candidate is a good fit for Pacifica. Ultimately, we are looking for students who will add to the Pacifica community and are enthusiastic about the unique mission of the school.

When will my student find out if he/she has been admitted?

Admissions Decisions will be distributed in early February. Rolling admission may be available in the late spring if space is available.

Are applicants required to take an entrance exam?

Applicants are required to take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE).

Do you accept transfer students?

Yes. We accept students for grades 9-11, if space permits. We will only consider transfer students into grade 12 if a family has relocated.

Is Financial Aid available? / How do I apply for Financial Aid?

Pacifica is committed to enrolling students who seek a community that encourages them to be challenged in their faith and grow intellectually. Tuition assistance is need-based and mission-driven. Pacifica takes into consideration all information provided by FACTS, as well as supplemental information provided by parents to determine the amount of an award. We desire to make Pacifica available to all students who align with our mission and vision and would benefit and grow from a Pacifica experience. [Applying for tuition assistance is separate from the admission application process and does not affect the applicant’s admission status.]
