We are delighted you are considering Pacifica Christian High School and we look forward to seeing you at an Admissions Event this year!
Current 8th-grade students seeking admission for the 2021-2022 school year may apply beginning on October 1.

Transfer applications are accepted on a rolling basis as space allows.

Application Deadlines

Early Decision* – December 1, 2020
Regular Decision – February 1, 2021

*Early Decision applicants will be notified of admissions decisions before Christmas.

Already Decided? Apply Early Decision

The Early Decision application deadline is offered for families who are confident about Pacifica and want to make a high school decision before January of their student's 8th-grade year. Early Decision applicants will receive an admissions decision before Christmas and be asked to accept, defer, or decline the offer by late January. As such, it is important to note that applying for Early Decision is not binding.

4 Easy Steps

Applicants are considered for admission on the basis of a personal interview, academic record, entrance exam results, school recommendations, evident enthusiasm for learning, and support for Pacifica’s unique vision and mission.

The application process consists of the following 4 steps:

Online Application & Teacher Recommendations

Completing the online application begins the admissions process. A nonrefundable fee of $50 must accompany each online application. You may pay your application fee online via credit card or bank transfer. Note: Please write down your username and password for your records.

Teacher Recommendations are sent via MyPacifica and include: English, Math, Administrator, and a Personal/Pastoral recommendation. Rather than a traditional letter of recommendation, we have a Pacifica-specific form that families send directly to their recommender which, once completed, gets sent back to the Admissions team via the MyPacifica portal directly.



Download and complete the Transcript Request Form and submit it to the applicant’s current school. This form is available within MyPacifica.


Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE)

We require all applicants to take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). To schedule this exam, please call the ISEE Operations Office at 800-446-0320 or visit their website. Note that our test dates are accessible via event code, which is located within an applicant's admissions checklist in MyPacifica. Prometric test centers are also an option when our tests dates do not align with your calendar.


Family Interview

The Admissions Office will contact you to schedule your family interview once your application is submitted and fully processed.
