The Pacifica Person

My experience at Pacifica has been amazing. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Pacifica has helped me discover who I am, and there is so much support from teachers and students.

The teachers are amazing. It is so refreshing to go every day to a place where the teachers genuinely care about you. They love their jobs and who they teach, and it shows!

Student Life is one of the best things about Pacifica. The many events and school activities make it easy to be yourself. It’s such a safe and welcoming environment, you can’t help but join in on the school spirit.

Athletics at Pacifica gives you the chance to try what you thought you couldn’t do. For example, I had never played volleyball before and my team went all the way to the CIF finals and set a school record. It’s amazing to know that you can try something you have never done before, and have a coach who is right there with you and committed to teaching you.

Arts make up such a big, vibrant part of Pacifica. From the theatre productions to the digital arts classes, many of the students find a creative outlet in which they can shine. Whether on stage or in the audience, everyone enjoys the amazing outcomes of each student’s creativity.

Pacifica is a remarkable school. It is truly one of the few schools where all of the faculty care about each student and his/her education. All of the teachers and coaches are very supportive and they all show their faith deeply, in and out of the classroom. The students all care about each other. I can’t imagine doing high school anywhere else.
