TGC Event – Declamations Contest

The entire Pacifica community is invited to attend the finals of our inaugural TGC Declamations Contest. This inspiring evening of oration will showcase the talents of Pacifica’s students as they declaim masterfully crafted works—both new and familiar—from The Great Conversation.

Having progressed through several rounds of competition—our finalists will declaim in one of three categories: drama, oratory, and poetry. In between presentations, musical interludes by our students will entertain as a panel of judges deliberate. Then, at the end of the night, one winner from each category will be crowned and their name engraved onto the Declamations Trophy for posterity.

We trust all those in attendance will be reminded of the importance of continuing The Great Conversation and of the incredible capabilities of our young men and women.
