Mr. David O'Neil
Head of School
We desire to bring freedom and joy to teenagers!
Greetings,
The Pacifica mission statement, simply-stated, is to teach young people to think and live well, and it guides every aspect of our school.
Engaging students’ minds to think well and shaping their hearts to live well are critical because it prepares them to enjoy an abundant life. Thinking and living well is about making connections—both intellectual and relational. It provides students with a fuller understanding of what it means to be human and provides them the freedom to find their places in God’s created world.
Adolescence is a thrilling time, a period of life when students make many decisions that will shape their stories and their futures. During these formative years, our relational faculty and staff partner with them to develop disciplines, encourage curiosity, equip them to achieve success, model shared values, and inspire a love for learning.
Our graduates, having been taught to think and live well, leave our campus with a foundation for success in college, life, work, and faith.
