The student-teacher ratio at Pacifica Christian High School is approximately 14:1. The average class size is 16-18 students.
Pacifica has 30 full- and part-time teachers – 26 hold with a master's degree or higher.
Minimum diploma requirements at Pacifica include:
English (4 years); Mathematics (3 years); Science (3 years); History (4 years); Language (2 years); Visual & Performing Arts (1 year); Physical Education (2 years).
Yes. We accept students for grades 9-11, if space permits. We will only consider transfer students into grade 12 if a family has relocated.

Yes. Part of Pacifica’s mission is to provide a quality Christian education for young men and women from all neighborhoods and backgrounds. We welcome students and families who seek a rigorous, liberal-arts, college-preparatory education. At Pacifica, the Financial Aid application is separate from the admissions application and will in no way affect the applicant’s admissions decision.
We encourage families to locate other families near them to facilitate carpool groups. Students will come from all over Orange County area including Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Tustin, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Beach, Irvine, and South County.
Additional fees include textbooks ($500-700), uniforms ($300-400), All-School Retreat ($200) and an iPad ($1,000). There are no participation fees for Arts or Athletics programs. There may be additional costs for off-campus trips or Student Life activities.
No. Financial Aid is awarded on the basis of financial need. Athletic, Academic, or Art scholarships are not available.
At Pacifica, we offer Latin and Spanish.
