Jennifer Kim
Science Chair

Jennifer Kim graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and also holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. She holds three two single-subject credentials, Chemistry and Mathematics, as well as a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.

Mrs. Kim started her teaching career at Pacifica Christian High School in Santa Monica where she taught Chemistry and Mathematics. While teaching at Pacifica Santa Monica, Mrs. Kim also served as a mentor teacher for new teachers and led the Chapel Music Club for four years while leading worship.

After teaching at Pacifica Santa Monica for seven years, Mrs. Kim took on the role of Science Department Chair at Southlands Christian School in Rowland Heights where she taught AP Chemistry, Honors Chemistry, and AP Statistics. She also continued serving as advisor for the student-led worship teacher and mentoring new teachers.

Mrs. Kim has been serving as Worship Leader at Love for One Soul Church in Buena Park since 2005.
