Lauren O’Barr

Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Lauren O’Barr graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a B.A. in Liberal Studies and a concentration in Psychology. She also completed a M.A. in Spiritual Formation & Soul Care from Talbot School of Theology at Biola University.

Lauren served in Irvine Unified School District at Woodbridge High School as an Instructional Assistant for the Mild/Moderate Special Needs Program and as an ELPAC Test Proctor. During those years, she also served as a Lead Counselor at Hume Lake Christian Camps during the summers. Additionally, Lauren worked one year in Quito, Ecuador as a Resident Coordinator for Living and Learning International where she ministered to college-age students.

In the summer of 2021, Lauren married her husband Dane and joyfully became step-mom to his daughter, Scarlet. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going out for coffee, going to the beach, watching good movies / TV shows, and reading a good book. She has a deep passion and joy for working with youth and is excited about her role at Pacifica.
