We are thrilled to announce that the Mayor of Newport Beach, Will O’Neill, has made himself available for a discussion on the Coronavirus and local politics with our students on Monday, March 23 during our All-School Meeting via Zoom starting 12:40 pm. Parents are invited to join this all-school webinar; students are invited to ask questions. This is a unique opportunity for students to ask good questions, which is a hopeful and necessary part of their quest for truth. Questions might include topics such as the economy, community outreach and development, public health, faith, and beyond. Students are invited and encouraged to submit questions by using this form for the Mayor. Several questions will be selected and presented to the Mayor by a student panel during our Monday Meeting. If your question is chosen, you will be invited to “sit” on the panel via our video feed. We look forward to reading your questions and engaging in the discussion alongside you. Questions must be submitted by Friday, March 20 at 3:00 pm. A link to the webinar will be posted Monday for any parents or friends who wish to watch the meeting . We may also record the webinar for viewing at a later time for those of you who cannot watch on Monday afternoon.
