Who We Are

Lindsay Caron is an Orange County native. Mrs. Caron attended Pacifica as a member of the school’s inaugural four-year graduating class, making her the first alumni to return to teach. Her experience as a student at Pacifica was invaluable and, in many ways, paved the way for her to discover who the Lord made her to be. Following her time at Pacifica, Mrs. Caron attended Westmont College where she double-majored in Philosophy and Spanish Language & Literature as a member of the Augustinian Scholars Program, and graduated with highest honors. During her time in college she also led a student ministry to Ensenada, Mexico and spent a semester in Seville, Spain where she lived with a family and deepened her knowledge of Spanish language and culture. Mrs. Caron intends to continue her education by pursuing a Masters Degree in the near future.

Mrs. Caron is passionate about instilling joy in learning and giving students access to new ways of communication and cross-cultural awareness. Our ability to communicate with each other in both the written and spoken word is one of the little, daily miracles that often goes unnoticed. In teaching Spanish, Mrs. Caron hopes to draw student’s attention to the grandeur of the Lord and His creation. As we learn new languages and gain greater understanding of other cultures and Image-Bearers, we see the character of God and His creativity more fully.

Outside of the classroom, you can find Mrs. Caron spending time with her husband, Chris, reading Theology, hosting dinner parties, finding new coffee shops, trying out new recipes, listening to music too loudly in the car, and going to the beach! The Carons especially love spending time with their two nieces, and their families who are both local. They adore their local church community as well as their wonderful colleagues at Pacifica.
