Pacifica Parents, to celebrate Pacifica’s 10^th Anniversary, our annual “Liquid Tour of Scotland” with Board Chairman Keith Carlson will have a special guest presenter: William Shakespeare! That’s right, the new flavor this year will not just be in your first glass, but also from the First Folio.

While exploring the tastes and processes of making whisky, we’ll also learn about “the gospelling of Scotland”. You don’t need to have anything figured out before you arrive. We’ll provide a wee dram (or five) of Scotland’s golden nectar and serve up a wee bit of the “Scottish Play” to unpack its full flavor. It is (very) safe to say: you have not been to a whisky-tasting event like this—and you will have fun (and maybe learn something, too)!

We will begin our evening at 7 PM. Between lessons, we will enjoy good music, snacks, and fellowship.
