Spiritual Life
Loving God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength; and our neighbors as ourselves.
Encouraging lives of faith
During these exciting years students are encouraged to grow and take greater ownership of their faith, connecting who they are to everything God desires them to be.

Chapel
We gather each week for chapel, to worship and to learn from God’s word. Our chapels welcome pastors, teachers, musicians, missionaries, and other fascinating people from Orange County and around the globe. We also regularly serve one another, and our local community, through various organizations and service days.

Advisory groups
We learn best in environments where we are known. Accordingly, each student is placed in an advisory group with students from the same grade and with one faculty member for the entirety of their four-year sequence. In advisory we talk about life, faith, relationships, academic progress, and chapel talks. These groups form close-knit relationships on campus. Additionally, advisory groups often engage in service projects, lunches, and other off-site activities.

Thinking Christianly
Throughout Pacifica’s curriculum, we allow both secular and sacred texts to speak for themselves. At the same time, we reflect on the biblical narrative. In this way, our students discover two things simultaneously: important works of human creation and how they fit into God’s order. We call this the integration of faith with learning.

Service learning
Service to others is integral to living a life of contribution. We endeavor to carry out the biblical principle of stewardship of our time, talent, and resources in service to others in the greater Orange County community, and beyond. Students are encouraged to examine their hearts, interests, and talents in order to match these with needs of the community. Every high school student is expected to contribute a minimum of 25 hours of community service each year.
And so much more...
Pacifica teaches its students to think well for purposes higher than their own. Students are not simply attempting to grow in knowledge or maximize productivity, but to renew their minds to see more clearly, act more justly, love more lavishly, and enjoy the journey ahead.
